Celebrating Changeover

As the 'Light up Rotary' year drew to a close, we celebrated the achievements of four people who have brought light to our community.  Lorne and Phyllis Anderson received the Award of Distinction, Stan Shwed was named Rotarian of the Year and Ed Berney received the Integrity Award.
