"Burkina Faso"---sounds just like the name of the newest pop star, doesn't it?  In fact, it is the first country to offer the new meningitis A vaccine to all citizens under age 30.   According to an analysis in Health Affairs,  introducing the vaccine in seven countries in Africa cold save US$350 million over the next 10 years.   The Rotary Foundation has a hand in programs just like this, and you can help---each dose of the vaccine costs just 50 cents.    Sounds like another star, doesn't it?
