On November 9th, Bill and Binnie Bracken attended the Tarrant County College Foundation Annual Scholarship Dinner. They met the 2017/2018 recipients of the Chris Marshall Scholarship which is supported by our club in memory of a member who was taken before his time. At the dinner, they heard about the many ways that scholarships are changing lives.
