just wanted to thank you all for participating in yesterday's Board Retreat.
 
It was very informative and believe that we got a lot accomplished during our time together.
 
and a big thank you to Jessica for hosting us at her great new facility, Bedford YMCA.
 
For those of you that were not able to attend, we missed you but appreciate your willingness to be on the Board / Directors of our Club.
 
 
 
 
as we discussed yesterday our Budget Session / Workshop has been set for Thursday, August 3 and we will begin at 6:30pm.
 
Jessica has again graciously offered to host this meeting, so the meeting location is:

yesterday during our discussions, we identified a few items worthy of further discussion during this workshop / session as we work to set a budget.
 
these are as follows:
. DuVall Scholarship amounts
2. 4 Way Speech Award amounts
3. Matching Funds for 2023 - 2024 Grants
4. Dictionary Project: possible business sponsorships
5. Fundraising
6. and of course any other items that the group would like to discuss so please bring any ideas, etc.
 
 
Also, just a reminder that our July Board meeting will be Thursday, July 13th, 7:00am at our usual location (Texas Star).  
I will send out another reminder and the proposed agenda late in the week.
