On Saturday, May 12th an Open World Delegation from Ukraine arrived to spend the week learning about the best practices in child welfare, adoption, and foster care. They met with eleven different organizations, and took back beneficial knowledge that they will be able to use in Ukraine. We want to thank Bill Bracken for organizing this delegation and for housing members along with Frank Allen and Joel Hueske. They, along with Robert Breneman, transported the members throughout the week. New friendships were formed...
