The HEB & Mid-Cities Pacesetters Rotary Clubs held their annual 4-Way Test Speech Contest on Wednesday, February 15th, at the Hurst City Hall Chambers. There were twelve participates from LD Bell, Trinity, and Birdville High Schools. The winner was Rujala Nepal from LD Bell High School who also won last year's contest...
