Ladder Alliance was founded in 2002 by member Sharon Cox. It is now merging with One Safe Place. Sharon was recognized for her vision and dedication to The Ladder Alliance.
Our mission is to provide survivors of domestic violence and low-income women with the tools to lead self-sufficient, successful, and independent lives.
