Road Race-by-the-Sea Volunteers 2016

Hello!

Here are your volunteer assignments.  Volunteers should report to Community Center at the time of their assignment to check in with the exceptions below.  All volunteers must sign a Volunteer Waiver and check in with Diane Herth, before volunteering.  Students under 18 must have the waiver signed by their parent as well as themselves.

Water Stop Set up Team must meet at the Community Center at 8AM to sign waivers and meet up with Mark Petrie before heading out to set up water stops.

ASP Water Stop student Volunteers must meet in front of the 2nd Congregational Church at 11:30AM to receive tee shirts and turn in their waivers to Rotarian Mark Petrie.  Dave Clinton will assign water stops to students.

Traffic Volunteers must come to the Community Center at 11AM for Orientation with Joe Cheney, sign waiver and receive your reflective vest (which needs to be returned after race).  Report to your assigned intersection by the time listed on your assignment sheet you will receive at orientation.
