It is indeed a major honour for me to be the President of our beloved club during its Centennial year and first year of our new century. Like all my predecessors I am looking forward to serving my fellow members first and foremost. Given the achievements of our club during the first centuryI am extremely excited about the contributions our club will make to the future generations in the next century and beyond. I therefore believe it is our responsibility to take all the necessary actions in order to provide a platform upon which the foundations of our new century can be built.

Together with my fellow members I aim to:
- Double our membership
- Do all that is necessary to engage with organisations in, and attract members from, our Sydney CBD base
- Re-establish our links and regain the membership from the organisations that have been lost throughout the years
- Attract members from the younger generations and provide opportunities for them to engage in our club's activities and leadership
- Further develop our strategic plan on a responsive and ongoing basis
- Look for and invite speakers from a wide variety of subjects including music, art, education, humanity, peace and climate action
- Increase our partnership, fellowship and activities with other Rotary clubs in Sydney, NSW, Australia and International sister clubs
- An exhilarating fellowship program
