The Andrew Project:

The Rotary Club of Eugene-Delta (located in Eugene, Oregon) is administering a memorial project through the Rotary Club of Peace River. This memorial project has been made possible by the estate of Dorothy Wittmeyer, who has provided funds for projects to better the community of Peace River, where her parents (William and Agnes Andrew) were residents for many years.

1) Grant Funds: $500,000 to $700,000,
2) Length of project: Must be greater than 5 years
3) Purpose of Grant: To benefit the community of Peace River and memorialize William John Andrew, Agnes Andrew, and Dorothy Wittmeyer
