* This week we are returning to traditional meetings with LUNCH, yeah! We will be rotating our lunch vendors to support Liberty businesses. During the month of March our menu will be from Firehouse Subs and will include sandwiches as well as salad options.
* Our program this week is Val Anderson from NKC Club. She will be sharing information on the RYLA program.
* Happy dollars during March/April will go to support the Shoes for Orphan Souls project. More about this project will be upcoming from our very own "professional shopper" Belinda Rogers.
Hope to see you tomorrow, in-person and with lunch!

What can we do NOW to help those in need in the Ukraine? It is very difficult to know how to get help to those most in need. So I asked Steve Hemphill who has friends all over the world! Satellite Service Project for March will be purchasing items to prepare 50 snack sacks for the Ronald McDonald House at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City.
-BB2022 Committee is busy setting up our event for this year. Event date is set for May 11th, 2022, so add it to your calendar now. This is the club's "Signature Event" and requires "all hands on deck" from club members!!!
-The Sponsorship/Ticket committee is busy reaching out to past event sponsors and also drumming up new sponsors. Reach out to all your friends and business buddies, lets see if we can beat our 2019 sponsorship commitment amount!
Its time to start working on our Shoes for Orphan Souls Service project. This year our lead "professional" shopper is Belinda Rogers. She will be bringing us updates on the project during March & April, so stay tuned.

We want you to know that, in response to questions and concerns raised by members world-wide, the Rotary International Board of Directors has confirmed that the 2022 Rotary International Convention will still be an in-person event in Houston, Texas, USA, 4-8 June.
In addition, the Board has determined that all participants, including Rotary International preconvention participants, must either be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (as defined by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) OR provide a negative result from a COVID-19 test taken no more than 72 hours before their arrival at the convention.
To encourage attendance, considering this news, there is a special registration rate of US$495 through 28 February, which is retroactive to 16 December. Any registrations made at the US$575 rate since 16 December will automatically be refunded the difference in price — no action is required from the registrant.
Please, share this news with your Rotary community and invite a fellow member to attend this year’s convention with you.
Thank you for your support, and we will see you in Houston!
