Ok, shall we try this one more time?????      Welcome to 2025!    (Remote Meeting Link)
-  Tomorrow's speaker is Kristi Miller with the Herzog Tomorrow Foundation.  She will be filling us in on the "MoScholars Program."  This program allows for some donations to school scholarships to be tax deductible, check out their web page.

- This week we also have our menu designed/served by Scratch Office Catering which is owned by our very own, Reed & Mac!

- The "Joint Holiday Party" scheduled for last Saturday was rescheduled for Saturday 1/25/2025....same time/place.  If you were not signed up, registration has been re-opened.   Click here to register.

- We received an alert from our "professional Shoe buyer"or Anne Champ to those that don't know her official title, that there are currently some specials going on at Walmart, $3 to $5 per pair, so check out your local stores.  You can bring shoes to the meetings and we can store them as we did last year thanks to Kimbal!

- District 5300, which encompasses regions of Southern California and Southern Nevada, has established a dedicated Relief Fund aimed at providing assistance to the victims affected by the recent devastating wildfires in California. This relief effort is being systematically overseen by the Rotary District 5300 Foundation, an organization committed to fostering community support and recovery initiatives. In the coming days, the Rotary District 5300 Foundation will convene a meeting to thoroughly discuss and strategize the most effective and impactful ways to allocate these crucial funds, ensuring that aid reaches those in need as swiftly and efficiently as possible.

District Grant: Flooring Repairs at Hillcrest Hope Apt:   It is time to "install the flooring"  at   Hillcrest Transitional Housing apartments, #3 & #6. We will be discussing the install date at the meeting Wednesday.  Planning was slightly delayed due to weather.  On the workday we will be working in both apartments so we will need teams of 3-4 for each apartment to be as efficient as possible.    Volunteer lists will be coming out soon so keep your calendars open!
