Czech Republic and Ukraine

Bety is 18 years old, a senior in Liberty High School and she is from The Czech Republic living with Rotarian, Linda Hicks.   Bety studies art in her home country and has continued her studies here. She has made numerous friends, is part of the Art Club in school and she is a delight to have in our home. As you know, the war in Ukraine is very close to her home in Prague, and she has many Ukrainian friends. The war is very frightening to her and she has developed a speech to discuss the war from her perspective. Bety is very excited to share her Exchange experience, as well as how the war affected her experience here.
