Our Mission + Vision

We believe there’s nothing more powerful than churches working together to transform lives and communities.  
How Love INC of Clay County Helps Families in Need:
-The foundation of Love INC of Clay County is its Clearinghouse, which maintains information on resources available throughout the Kansas City Area for people in need.
-Love INC also provides emergency financial assistance to individuals and families facing eviction from their home or the shut-off of their utilities.
-Love INC partners with Happy Bottoms to provide diapers and other baby needs from birth to age four.
-Love INC stays connected with families through its monthly care plan ministry.  The Care Plan is a promise to families receiving financial assistance that we will stay in touch by providing six months of ongoing personal care and household cleaning items.
One of the Core Values of Love INC is prayer.  As a way of living out that value, Love INC has a network of friends that provide prayer support for clients, volunteers, staff, and churches.  Love INC of Clay County has been serving families in need since 1990.  It is a place where people in need can connect with people who care.
