Interested in hosting Rotarians this fall? - 2012 District Conference Home Stay Program

The Rotary District Conference will be in Grande Prairie this fall - Sept 21 - 23
As part of the making the 2012 District Conference in Grande Prairie more accessible for Rotarians and at the same time, encourage fellowship and fun, we would like to offer a Home Stay Program and we need Grande Prairie Rotarians to register as Hosts!
What the Host provides:

A place to
sleep while Rotarians are in Grande Prairie for the Conference
·
A chance
to get to know Rotarians from other clubs outside the Conference
·
Meals are
part of the conference, so hosts do not provide meals
·
Accommodation
for pets is not provided
Process:
·
If you are
a Grande Prairie Rotarian and are interested in being a Host, please contact
our Registrar, Tymmarah (Tymm) Zehr (email: tymmarah@gmail.com)
and she will send you a form to register. (It is also available on the
Conference website: http://www.kevsconference.com/ under the ‘Accommodations’ tab).

When
guests request a place to stay, Tymm will match them with a Rotary Host and put
the parties in touch with each other.

The host
and guest make the specific arrangements for arrival.
