NOTE:  VENUE CHANGE THIS WEEK!.

Please let us know if you will be joining us on Friday - if you "decline" then you will not be charged for a meal this week. If you do not register either way it will be assumed that you are attending and you will be billed for a meal whether you attend or not.  If you do respond with a decline and your plans change you are most definitely welcome to still attend. 

PLEASE BE SURE TO ESPECIALLY REGISTER BY NOON WEDNESDAY IF YOU ARE ATTENDING AND BRINGING GUESTS.  ALL GUESTS NEED TO BE REGISTERED AS WELL. 

We also ask that anyone with dietary restrictions that has not previously notified me to please put in the comments section an alternative meal preference and/or if you have a guest coming with dietary restrictions to let me know in advance otherwise there may not be a meal for them.  NOTE:  ALL SPECIAL REQUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED NO LATER THAN NOON ON WEDNESDAY.
