Greeting Table

Opens the Rotary cupboard at the meetings, opens name badge boxes, puts out the podium banner, gavel and bell. Arranges for new members to help at the greeting table. Takes the badge boxes to outside Rotary dinner functions. Keeps a guest book for visitors and collects payment for make-ups.
