Club Compliance

Monitor, annually review and update club documents (constitution, bylaws, policies and procedures) as required and ensure they are in compliance with (RI,District, legal) standards. Ensure club is in compliance with all areas of legislation (RI,District, legal). Ensures all club events have the appropriate event insurance in place. Ensure club is aware of venue evacuation procedures, educate members, identify areas of improvement to ensure overall safety/security of the club and its members (all areas of safety measures). Ensure club compliance with members attaining/maintaining vulnerable sector/record checks.
