Ralph P. Cupelli, DG 2015-16
Ralph joined the Rotary Club of Kirksville in 1990.  He served on and chaired numerous club committees, was Club Secretary for three years and Club President twice in 2000-01 and 2010-11.  He has received both the Kirksville Rotary Club's Ray Klinginsmith Distinguished Service Award and the Four Way Test Award.  He led the club's Rotary Centennial Committee that successfully raised over $125,000 to build an outdoor amphitheater in what is now Kirksville’s Rotary Park.  
Ralph served from 2012-13 as an Assistant Governor and was the District's Representative to Show Me Rotary that year.  Ralph has been married to his wife Suzanne for 42 years.  His daughter Aimée is a prosecuting attorney in Chisago County, Minnesota.  She and husband John have two children, Emma and Isaac.  Ralph is a multiple (8x) Paul Harris Fellow and active supporter of the Rotary Youth Exchange.
Ralph retired January 1, 2015, from Truman State University where he served for 23 years as Assistant to the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost.  Prior to that Ralph served more than 23 years as a United States Army Infantry Officer in multiple assignments in Colorado, Georgia, Vietnam (where he commanded a company in the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Germany, and the Pentagon where he headed the Army's Antiterrorism Program.
