Last Week's Speaker was Cori Day:

Cori Day began her career in Tourism with her first job at the Best Western in Columbia, MO.  She continued her career in hotels with the opening of Stoney Creek Inn in Columbia.  She began working at the Columbia Convention and Visitors Bureau until 2010 when she moved to Independence to become the Tourism Director for the City. Cori lives in Independence with her husband, Jon and their two daughters, Emma and Molly.
