Crittenton Children's Center Prom Decorating

Volunteers will help set up for the prom from 9:30 am – 12:00 pm at 10918 Elm Ave Kansas City, MO 64134

Karen Eppler and Denise Holt are asking for four Rotarians to assist with the set up for the Crittenton Children’s Center Prom.  Bethany Ruhl has been associated with the Saint Luke's Hospital Crittenton Children’s Center for many years and she brings us a community service project opportunity, assisting with creating a magical atmosphere for the teenagers at the Center. 

The prom is scheduled on Friday April 21, 2023. Volunteers will help set up for the prom from 9:30 am – 12:00 pm at 10918 Elm Ave Kansas City, MO 64134.  Set-up involves decorating, rearranging rooms, some time on ladders to hang twirls/stars from ceiling in room and hallway, help putting together backdrop, tablecloths and centerpieces on tables, etc.  The prom organizers may also need volunteers for the getting attendees ready...hair, makeup or nails.
