Sunrise Rotary in top 2 for Giving!

Fort St John - Sunrise was number two in the District in per capita giving towards the Annual Program Fund at $127.30. Jasper was number one at $176.75.
Total giving for the first five months towards the Annual Program Fund (APF) giving for our district amounted to $80,556 US (2004 - $53,389) or 51% increase over the previous year's five months. These funds help us in achieving the Rotary goal of promoting world peace and understanding through education, humanitarian aid and cultural exchanges.
The District's goal for the APF was set at $200,000 US when it was first established for the year. Since the district set that goal, clubs in our district reported APF goals such that the new total is $236,095US. Remember you can become part of the Annual Program Fund simply by having the Club bill you on a quarterly basis towards the $100US per year.
