Thanks to Katharina Zellweger for answering our questions about North Korea!

 The Palo Alto University Rotary Club heard from Katharina Zellweger, the 2011-2012 & 2012-2013 Pantech Fellow at The Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies at Stanford.  Ms. Zellweger also served as the North Korea country director for the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and for the Caritas Internationalis office in Hong Kong on development projects related to North Korea.  Her talk couldn't be more timely and we appreciated the change to further our understanding about the turmoil in the region.
