Perhaps you're traveling to North Battleford or South America and you will be missing the Tuesday morning meeting. Why not stop into a local Rotary meeting on your travels. You'll kill two birds with one stone by meeting some new Rotarians and by acquiring credit for a make-up meeting!
Or what if you just can't make the breakfast meeting as you've got an early appointment at work. Just be sure to let your President or Secretary know about your make-up within two weeks of the initial missed meeting.
