Enock Ugulumu is currently serving as Deputy Vice Chancellor for Resource Management at the University of Iringa. Enock also has worked as the Director of the Community’s Micro-finance Strengthening Organization (CMSO) –the education and training organization for Iringa Hope - for the past ten years. His business/financial management background and focus on community development has led him to a number of community leadership and consultancy roles. He brings to his work at the CMSO over twenty years of experience in community development projects in Tanzania.  As the Director of the CMSO, he has overseen the expansion of its micro finance operations from its initial location to 31 registered locations serving over 150 villages, providing services to 20,000 people.  Enock lives in the town of Iringa, Tanzania with his wife and two sons.  He is a member of his local Rotary club in Iringa. Enock received his academic studies from Daystar University in Kenya, the University of Natal in South Africa, the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands and the Open University of Tanzania.
