The Catfish Chasers Tournament in July was a great community event and we were excited to hear about it today from Craig Collins with Catfish Chasers. He talked about what a catfish tournament is, this tournament's success, and the potential impact it could make in our community for next year. A couple of extra fishermen joined us today-Bill (Jean), Cameron (Brian), and our newest potential member Brian. We welcomed Dr. Gabe Edgar, the new CFO of the SJSD, as our first new member to join us in the new Rotary year. Gabe is a transfer Rotarian from the Marcelline Rotary and we are very excited to have him join our club.
Special thanks to SOA Bennett for raising many $$$ with her version of catfish trivia.
