Welcome
Rocky Mountain RYLA – supported by Rotary Districts 5440 and 5450 in Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming – currently offers two RYLA programs: RYLA and Young RYLA. Participants attend our week-long conferences to build skills in communication, problem-solving, team dynamics, ethics, and community service while networking with Rotarians and peers. RYLA and Young RYLA participants have an opportunity to:
- Build communication and problem-solving skills
- Discover strategies for becoming a dynamic leader in your school or community
- Learn from community leaders, inspirational speakers, and peer mentors
- Unlock your potential to turn motivation into action
- Have fun and form lasting friendships
RYLA and Young RYLA are life-changing leadership training programs where young people learn, develop, and enhance leadership skills and principles in an atmosphere of trust and respect. Our conferences encourage and assist current and potential youth leaders in methods of responsible and effective leadership. Many past attendees claim, “It was the best week of my life!”
