What is the Constitutional Meaning of Reconciliation and Has It Been Implemented?

The Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada issued its final report in 2015. The honour of the Crown requires it act with a high standard of conduct, understanding today from past coloniall impacts and building mutuallly respectful long-term relationships.  Ms. Twinn will explore what implementation of those core constitutional duties looks like in practical terms, and can it mutually benefit Canadians and Indigenous peoples?
