Upcoming Events & Dates ...
Moving further into 2016, there are numerous club activities coming up. Some have dates, times and needs chosen, while others are simply to get you thinking of what is coming up. If you notice any omissions or changes or *egad* complete and utter miss, please contact Tamisan to have things adjusted.
April 29 to November 2016: Room for rent that is either not too far from U of A
My name is Lukas and some of you may have met me in 2008/2009 when I was a Rotary Exchange Student in Fort St. John. Since then I have studied Pharmacy back in Germany and as part of my mandatory practical year at the end of my studies I will be working at the Drug Development and Innovation Centre at the University of Alberta for six months, starting May 1st. Because of this I am right now looking for a room or apartment from April 29 until the beginning of November. I would be very grateful for any help, so if anyone at your Club or someone you know has a room for rent that is either not too far from UofA or has a good connection there via public transport I would be very interested - my budget for rent is about 600 $ per month.

April 30:Guess Who's Coming For Dinner
Note: Guess Who’s Coming for Dinner is an adult-only activity.
1. Hosts will determine how many guests they would be willing to host.
2. Hosts will be responsible for planning and preparing the meal.
3. Guests will be contacted on Saturday morning via email to advise them where they will be going (address only—no names) and when they should arrive.
4. Guests are encouraged to bring a hostess gift, such as a bottle of wine.
Once you have signed up for dinner, I will contact you to determine if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, which will be considered when I match guests to hosts. I will also check with hosts to ask how many people they are prepared to host.
