The “Edmonton Queen”, Edmonton’s iconic riverboat, was launched 30 years ago. The vessel has gone through some ups and downs over the years, but new own Eric Warnke has brought new energy and ideas to reinvigorate “The Queen”. A complete renovation, new sailing plans, meals options, and expanded seating have captured the interest of Edmontonians. An increasing number of people are “rediscovering” the Queen of Edmonton. The panoramic views of Edmonton from the water are stunning.
Immediately following Eric’s presentation, the Club has decided to have our first ever Edmonton Queen social event. All club members, partners, spouses, family members and friends, are invited to come cruise the North Saskatchewan River on Sunday August 4th, 3:00 – 6:00 pm. Tickets are available on-line ($22.50 or $18.50 for seniors over 60). Hope to see you there!
