Set-Up & Take Down Schedule 2014-1015
Posted by Tamisan Bencz-Knight
Dear Fellow Rotarians,
We have six different teams with each designated two months of the Rotarian calendar year to take care of our set-up, take down and invocation. We understand that no schedule we develop will work perfectly for thirty-eight different people. Keys are available for the blue box if you do not have a set already.
We have not chosen a team leader; therefore, please connect with each other to develop you plan of action. If you cannot help your team, you are to see if they can make due in your absence or find another member [outside of your team] who can support you [i.e. you have a trip planned and will not be in the city, please switch with a different team].
Set-up - Desk & Greeter: Please arrive by 7 a.m. to set-up the registration table, flags and other opening needs including wine draw etc. Please greet guests, hand out wine draw tickets, and ensure things flow smoothly at the front desk.
Invocation: Please share either a personal grace, morning prayer, or special saying. The Rotary prayer book is also available for you to use.
Take Down: Please ensure that all materials are returned to the blue box including flags and front desk resources.
