Set-Up & Take Down Schedule
Dear Fellow Rotarians,
Below you will see twelve different teams with each Rotarian designated three months of the Rotarian calendar year to take care of our set-up, take down and invocation.
We have not chosen a team leader; therefore, please connect with each other to develop you plan of action. Please mark your calendars!
Set-up - Desk & Greeter: Please arrive by 7 a.m. to set-up the registration table, flags and other opening needs including wine draw etc. Please greet guests, hand out wine draw tickets, and ensure things flow smoothly at the front desk.
Invocation: Please share either a personal grace, morning prayer, or special saying. The Rotary prayer book is also available for you to use.
Take Down: Please ensure that all materials are returned to the blue box including flags and front desk resources.
