I wanted to say thank you to the Riverview Rotary Club for such a nice dinner tonight at the Norwood school. The food was so tasty and the volunteers were very nice. It was an enjoyable dinner for the families, including my own. It helped us attend the ‘Celebration of Learning’ that happened after the dinner. Had dinner not been provided, we probably would have had a tough time making it to the event as both my husband and I work, and we generally don’t get home after picking up the kids from daycare, until after 5:00 pm. The dinner allowed us to go directly to the school, eat a filling dinner, socialize with our neighbours (we are a pretty tight-knit community so it’s nice to have opportunities to visit), and Participate in the school event. Thank you again for a wonderful dinner for an important evening. M.G.
