Today the Riverview club took the meeting "on the road" to EBike Edmonton, a business owned and operated by past Rotarian Darcy Frunchak and his son Andrew. The idea of "EBike Edmonton" was a product of the pandemic. Jobs were scare and Darcy and Andrew saw a niche business in importing, selling and servicing Ebikes. It was good timing as Ebikes have become hugely popular. Darcy explained the various features of ebikes: the distance you can travel (on the battery only), the speeds (some models have a top speed of 80 kph!)
