Dr. Tom Greidanus and the medical team of 60 Doctors, nurses, and a dental team each year go down and perform 40-50 operations and see many more dental patients. From the very young to the elderly have received life-changing operations for the past 21 years from Dr. Greidanus and all the team of professionals. They are operating at Hospital San Juan De Dios Ecuador. Together with the local Rotary Club Tomebamba in Ecuador, the team puts smiles on many faces. Each year the Operation Esperanza holds a fall fundraiser that raises the funds to make this good work happen.
