Uganda Member of Parliament and Rotarian

Nabilah Naggayi Sempala is a Member of Parliament in Uganda and Rotarian at the Kampala Munyonyo Rotary Club in Uganda. Her Club together with the Riverview Rotary Club are sponsoring 3 One Health Scholarships and she championed and received a Riverview Rotary ambulance for her country.
