Our meeting on May 29th was our annual spring assembly. We had reports from those of our 2018-2019 board members who were in attendance;

  2. Youth Report
    1. We have 4 applications for scholarship.
    2. We will convene a review and selection committee to select our recipients at a Pub night at the time and place of my choosing.
(I choose Tuesday June 10 at 6 pm location to be selected later)

  1. Social
    1. Kylie is looking at organizing another fundraiser for Mozambique and she proposed that our members attend the Night Golf Tournament at Pineridge on July 20th to check it our. It looks like there are 2 foursomes from our club already lined up to play.
    2. The Social director is also looking at another golf tournament, a club 5.        attendance at the Canadian Derby and maybe lawn bowling this summer

    1. Doug McEwan just qualified for his 10th Paul Harris! Congratulations and a big thank you to Doug. He makes our Club look good.
    2. We had 100% participation last year
