We have not had an in person meeting since March. President Shannon arranged for us to meet, via Zoom, at 9:00 am each Wednesday until the Covid restrictions are lifted and we can meet in person again.

 

If you have not attended one of our virtual meetings please consider doing so. Cindy will send you and invitation next week.

 

We had 12 members attend our virtual meeting this week.

Pat reported that invoices have been forwarded to members for the 2020/2021 year. Fees are reduced as we are not including any Hotel or meal charges. It is important that fees are paid before we have to report our membership to Rotary International so we don’t end up paying dues for folks who do not retain their membership.

 

Judy is working with Dave Dorcus on planning for our change over party. Hopefully we will be able to have an in person social distanced event.

 

 

During this pandemic we would like Club members to try to support the businesses who support our Club. Lorne is preparing a list.
