Our meeting this week was at the McKay Avenue school in downtown Edmonton.

 

a dozen hardy members braved snowy and treacherous roads to attend. 

 

We watched a film about the rise of nazism and anti-semetism in Germany and Europe in the 1940s and how Anne lived and died in those times.

 

After the film we were treated to a tour of the Anne Frank exhibit. A very moving, heartbreaking and thogt provoking experience.
