Overheard at Breakfast on December 18th 2019 We had a pretty good turnout for the last meeting before Christmas. President Shannon announced that our Club received a commendation from Rotary Foundation for the 100% participation award. Shannon also presented Elizabeth Bonkink with a Paul Harris Fellow. Congratulations Elizabeth bot for te Paul Harris and for all your work for the Foundation. There is no doubt that our Club’s award was primarily because of your hard and dedicated work. Debbie reported that Rotary District is becoming more militant about vulnerability checks. They are insisting that all Club members get a Police check. The club will reimburse the $20 fee and Deb will email the application requirements. Elizabeth reminded everyone of the Potluck for Polio event at River Valley Place on the evening of January 17, 2020 Also coming up next month On the 22nd we will be at McKay school On the 29th we will be at the Center for Autism HAVE A GREAT CHRISTMAS EVERYONE.
