Jamie pallet steeped in to do fines again this week when there was no one from the responsible team available. As usual, he did a fantastic jpb.
Our speakers this week was our own Gary Smith. He presented his classification speech.
Gary is the assistant president at the Prince Charles elementary school.
Gary told us that he has his dream job, he always wanted to be an educator.
Gary talked about his career. He started teaching in Trochu and has been with the EPSB for 30 years. He has taught at all levels from elementary to High School but he says that junior high was the most stressful. One of his achievements was the development of the City Hall School.
Gary explained that he joined Rotary and our Club because he felt that it would give him an opportunity to help. He talked about the impact our Club’s hamper donations had on the families.
Gary is obviously a valuable and effective educator and his passion for teaching was obvious.
Thank You Gary. You are a valuable addition to our Club.
