For 14th year in a row, we invite you to open your heart and roll up your sleeves for a day of community service with your fellow Houston Waves and Rotary Club of Houston Skyline!
Join Pepperdine alumni, parents, and Rotary Skyline friends to partner with Finca Tres Robles Urban Farm, an organization sustainably growing produce to be sold directly to individuals and families in the local area.
The farmers need extra hands to help prepare for the fall season, so we are calling on all to come help with harvest, weeding, preparing and turning over beds, beautification and clean up along the fence line so the farm is looking smart from the street, and other manual labor tasks.
We will provide a light breakfast (think donuts, tacos, iced coffee, juice...) and plenty of water and other refreshments to keep everyone hydrated and energized through out the morning.
In true SFD tradition, we'll also gather nearby for fajitas and margaritas (dutch) after we finish our work.
