August was a busy month of building partnerships and expanding our reach.
We started by hearing from Judges Sonya Heath and Angela Lancelin, who gave us an inside look at family courts in Houston.
We then joined forces with our friends at Memorial Spring Branch to support their community health fair, before heading up to Humble for another great Caring Through Crafts session with Sharon Taylor.
We also made sure to prioritize fellowship, gathering for a relaxed afternoon happy hour on the patio at Da Gama Canteen.
We closed out the month on a high note by hosting District Governor Camille Hamilton at Strato 550 for a phenomenal multi-club meeting. A strong network is the foundation of service, and this gathering set the tone for how we will create lasting impact across District 5890 this year.
