Speaker - Mark McVey - Operation Turkey

Update: 8/31/2026

We will be moving the meeting to an online-only meeting due to concerns regarding the tropical storm moving into the Houston area. Please be cautious of flooding and high-water on the road.
For weather updates, please check with the NOAA or alternatively Space City Weather https://spacecityweather.com/
Zoom information is below.

Join us as we learn more about a project that the Rotary Club of Houston Skyline proudly supports every year, Operation Turkey.

This year, Mark McVey will share more information about both Operation Turkey, and how to get involved to make this Thanksgiving one you'll remember!

About Operation Turkey: Over the last 24 years Operation Turkey has remained a 100% volunteer organization without a single paid employee. We are more than 50,000 volunteers strong working together to ensure everyone receives a warm meal on Thanksgiving Day.

No matter where you are Thanksgiving Day, you can participate with Operation Turkey. Once you do it, please tell others about it, and together we will eradicate hunger one meal, one day, at a time.
