Club Service Project: Step Forward Day

 

This year's Step Forward Day service project will be a morning of good old fashioned Sweat Equity at Finca Tres Robles Urban Farm. The farmers need extra hands to help prepare for the fall season, so we are calling on all Skyliners to come help with harvest, weeding, preparing and turning over beds, beautification and clean up along the fence line so the farm is looking smart from the street, and other manual labor tasks. The club will provide a light breakfast (think donuts, tacos, iced coffee, juice...) and plenty of water and other refreshments to keep everyone hydrated and energized through out the morning. In true Skyline tradition, we'll also gather nearby for fajitas and margaritas (dutch) after we finish our work.
