Allison Hatch is the Director of Talent Development at the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development, helping Lincoln grow through talent attraction, development, and retention strategies. Put simply, Allison helps people connect with opportunity and employers connect with a talent pipeline.

As Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development, Abby Bartholomew works across the startup ecosystem to connect entrepreneurs with the people, programs, and resources they need to grow. Her role sits at the intersection of founders, capital, talent, and community—building partnerships, running startup programs, and creating systems that make entrepreneurship more accessible and less intimidating. 

Lincoln attorney Loel Brooks shared his views on the risks associated with artificial intelligence (AI) when he spoke at our meeting on April 22. 

He also shared a timeline of AI development from 2023 through April 21 with references to both Nebraska and the nation. 

Loel and his wife Patty Pansing Brooks provided a demonstration of AI using suggestions from Rotarians at the meeting.
