Today we heard from Ed Mejia who designed the new City of Lincoln flag.  The original City of Lincoln flag was designed in 1932.  Ed told us about the meaning of the new flag.  This all started in 2019 when Kyle Wilson was talking about the original flag and they were looking for a new design.

Rotary Reflections
LERC has a tradition of inviting speakers to provide important information about various aspects of our community and its working.  Why?  Do we sometimes get the mistaken idea that if we know the condition of the community that will somehow enrich the lives of those within the community and enable those organizations that serve the community to continue?  There is a difference between knowing the needs of the community and fulfilling those needs.
