Ryan Spuller Awarded his PNR Blue Badge

Ryan Spuller, is awarded a PNR blue badge by president Slick at the club's April 24th 2017 weekly lunch meeting.  A blue badge signifies that new members have completed a series of tasks that make them familiar with the history, traditions, and obligations associated with Rotary membership. Ryan has distinguished himself with frequent participation in PNR events.
