Annual General Meeting.
Meeting called to order at 11:49am.
Health of the club is good.
Executive meeting is tomorrow night at 5:15pm.
Next 2 meetings are cancelled.  January 9th is an evening meeting.
Rotary Leadership Institute signup sheet handed out.  We need 16 people from the 2 Camrose clubs and Vegreville.
Rotary Cares Raffle tickets still available.  Lou would like the tickets and sales back in the first week of January.
Mikkel update:
 - Won a basketball game in Ponoka.
 - Rotary ski trip to Jasper including an Indigenous presentation in a teepee, skiing at 9am the next day, supper at the Hinton Rotary Club.
 - Lost a basketball game in Wetaskiwin.
 - Moved to Dawn's house.
 - Attended Gavin's hockey tournament in Banff.
Committee presentations:
Tina Yarbrough - Club Service
Finished the bylaw review.  It will be presented to the board tomorrow and will be presented to the club soon.
Sheila Herle - Community/Vocational Service
Nothing from the city regarding the environmental park.
Establishing a committee for more community development, meeting in January.
Need more volunteers for small community projects.
Meeting in January with the Daybreak club for the excess money from the Stop Hunger Now project.  Possibly going to support the Stop Hunger Now project in Grande Prairie.
Ray Wallace - Foundation/International
Tonga project is in the same place as it was a few weeks ago when Dr. Muzyka donated $10,000.
Proposal is being presented to the Smith Clinic to partner on the Tonga project.
Ron and Dave are going to Belize in February to check on the project there.
Jenn Stone - Membership
Membership is stable.
2 honorary members.
Dawn Anderson - Youth Service
We supported a music student this past year.
Rylen and Rypen data came from Donna.
Not involved in Challenge Day this year, but want to in the future.
Everything with Mikkel and Ashley is good.
Rotary Cares Raffle monthly winner was Dennis Johnson.
Cam Parker from the Daybreak club is collecting toys and other items to take to Mexico.
Wine raffle for Mikkel's Shelter Box (raised $58). Winners were Sheila Herle, Donna Phillips and Roger Maschke.
50/50 Draw - Jim Rasmussen drew the 10 of Clubs.
