ROTARY CARES RAFFLE

1.      No one under the age of 18 may purchase tickets.

 

2.      There will be 300 individually numbered tickets printed.

 

3.      Tickets will be sold until 11:45 am on January 29, 2024.

 

4.   Draws will start on Monday, January 29, 2024, and will be held monthly on the third Tuesday each month from January to June and September to December 2024. A total of 10 draws will be made in 2024.

 

5.     Draws will be made at the regular meeting of the Camrose Rotary Club.  We are currently meeting at the Norsemen Inn:  6505 - 48 Avenue. Camrose, AB  T4V 3K3

 

6.    Every ticket sold by January 29, 2024 will be eligible to win 10 times.

 

7.     Winnings will be paid by cheque or Interact e-transfer.

 

8.     Winners will be notified in person or by telephone or e-mail as provided.

 

9.  Ticket sellers will advise purchasers not to write the name of a person under 18 years of age on the ticket.

 

10. Each ticket will be sold for $100.00.  No refunds will be granted.

 

11. It is the responsibility of the buyer of the ticket to read and become familiar with the rules posted on the Rotary Club of Camrose website at portal.clubrunner.ca/441

 

12. There are no restrictions on the participation of members, families, volunteers, etc. with the Rotary Club of Camrose.

 

13. If 130 tickets are not sold by January 29, 2024, the Rotary Club of Camrose reserves the right to request a draw date extension or cancellation from Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis.

 

14. If a winner does not come forward one year from their winning date, the prize will be donated to another charity or the Rotary Club of Camrose, with approval of Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis.

 

15. In the event that a winning ticket stub has more than one name on it, the Rotary Club of Camrose shall award the prize to only one of the individuals identified on the ticket.  The Rotary Club of Camrose and Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket stub.
